1. כללי1. General

תקנון זה מסדיר את תנאי השימוש והרכישה באתר RAFAEL ובחנות. עצם ביצוע הזמנה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המפורטים להלן. אנו שומרים את הזכות לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. These terms govern use of and purchases from the RAFAEL website and store. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms below. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.

2. מדיניות משלוחים2. Shipping Policy

  • משלוח חינם בהזמנות מעל ₪1,500. Free shipping on orders over ₪1,500.
  • בהזמנות מתחת ל-₪1,500 — דמי משלוח אחידים של ₪40. Orders under ₪1,500 — a flat shipping fee of ₪40.
  • זמן אספקה משוער: 3–5 ימי עסקים ממועד אישור ההזמנה. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

3. איסוף עצמי3. Self-Pickup

ניתן לאסוף את ההזמנה ללא עלות מהסטודיו שלנו ברחוב הבונים 3, נתניה, בתיאום מראש ובשעות הפעילות. נעדכן אתכם בהודעה כאשר ההזמנה מוכנה לאיסוף. Orders may be collected free of charge from our studio at 3 HaBunim St, Netanya, by prior arrangement during opening hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

4. החזרות וביטול עסקה4. Returns & Cancellation

  • ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר מוצר בתוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת ההזמנה, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן. An order may be cancelled and a product returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
  • המוצר יוחזר כשהוא שלם, ללא שימוש ועם התווית המקורית. The product must be returned unused, intact and with the original tag.
  • בביטול עסקה ייגבו דמי ביטול בשיעור 5% ממחיר העסקה או ₪100 — לפי הנמוך מביניהם, כקבוע בחוק. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower may be charged, as set by law.

5. מחירים ותמחור5. Prices & Pricing

חלק מהפריטים מותאמים אישית, ולכן המחיר הסופי עשוי להינתן לאחר ייעוץ אישי והתאמה. נשמח לסייע בכל שאלה בנוגע למחיר ולזמינות. Some items are tailored to order, so the final price may be provided following a personal consultation. We are happy to assist with any question regarding price and availability.
